Add your playlist
Showvee asks for your playlist the first time it opens. Choose the kind your provider gave you:
- M3U playlist: a link, with a TV guide (XMLTV) link if you have one
- Xtream Codes login: a server address, username and password
- MAG or Stalker portal: a portal address and a MAC address

- Press OK and the channel list opens over the picture, with what’s on now and next
- Your groups are one press to the left, with Favourites first
- Most channels start in about a second, and you can go straight back to the last one

Questions
Is Showvee free on a Firestick?
Yes. Live TV, the TV guide, catch-up and search have no limits. The free version starts 3 new films or series a day, and carrying on with one you started always works. Premium removes the limit and adds extras.
Does Showvee come with channels?
No. Showvee is a player only. It plays the service you already subscribe to, from the details your provider gave you.
Will it run on my Fire TV Stick?
It runs on Fire TV devices with Fire OS 6 or newer. The Fire TV Stick 4K Select, the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD and the Fire TV Stick 4K (3rd gen) run Vega OS, which can’t install Android apps: see how to check yours.
Do I have to type a long address with the remote?
No. Choose Use your phone when you add a playlist, scan the code, and type it on your phone instead.
Can I use my MAG portal on a Firestick?
Yes. Showvee signs in to the portal the way a MAG box does, so you don’t need the box. See using Showvee instead of a MAG box.
