Showvee for Android 1.9.21 and later: how FFmpeg and dav1d are built

Both are unmodified, so there is no list of changes to give: "git diff" is empty.
FFmpeg is built without --enable-gpl, --enable-version3 or --enable-nonfree.

Tools: Android NDK r28c (28.2.13676358), API level 24, for armeabi-v7a and arm64-v8a.

1. dav1d, as a static library, for each of the two ABIs:

   meson setup build dav1d --cross-file <your NDK cross file> --buildtype release
     --default-library static --prefix <folder> --libdir lib
     -Denable_tools=false -Denable_tests=false
   ninja -C build install

2. FFmpeg, configure for each of the two ABIs with these options:

   --target-os=android --disable-static --enable-shared --disable-doc
   --disable-programs --disable-everything --disable-avdevice --disable-avformat
   --disable-swscale --disable-avfilter --disable-symver --enable-swresample
   --extra-ldexeflags=-pie --disable-v4l2-m2m --disable-vulkan --enable-libdav1d

   and --enable-decoder= for each of these:

   vorbis opus flac alac pcm_mulaw pcm_alaw mp3 amrnb amrwb aac ac3 eac3 dca mlp
   truehd wmav1 wmav2 wmapro wmalossless wmavoice wmv1 wmv2 wmv3 vc1 mpeg4
   msmpeg4v2 msmpeg4v3 h264 hevc mpeg2video vp8 vp9 libdav1d

   armeabi-v7a also takes:

   --libdir=android-libs/armeabi-v7a --arch=arm --cpu=armv7-a
   --cross-prefix=<NDK>/toolchains/llvm/prebuilt/<host>/bin/armv7a-linux-androideabi24-
   --nm=<...>/llvm-nm --ar=<...>/llvm-ar --ranlib=<...>/llvm-ranlib --strip=<...>/llvm-strip
   --extra-cflags="-march=armv7-a -mfloat-abi=softfp -mfpu=neon -mtune=cortex-a55"
   --extra-ldflags="-Wl,--fix-cortex-a8"
   plus -I and -L for your dav1d folder

   arm64-v8a also takes:

   --libdir=android-libs/arm64-v8a --arch=aarch64 --cpu=armv8-a
   --cross-prefix=<NDK>/toolchains/llvm/prebuilt/<host>/bin/aarch64-linux-android24-
   --nm=<...>/llvm-nm --ar=<...>/llvm-ar --ranlib=<...>/llvm-ranlib --strip=<...>/llvm-strip
   plus -I and -L for your dav1d folder

   After each configure, run: make, then make install-libs.

Using your own build

In the Showvee APK (for an app store install, the APK split for your device's
processor), replace libavcodec.so, libavutil.so and libswresample.so in
lib/armeabi-v7a and lib/arm64-v8a with yours, sign the APK with your own key and
install it. Your copy plays as usual; Premium, updates and online subtitles need our
signature and don't work in it.
